You must not misuse the application, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it using automated or unauthorized means.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as necessary.

We are not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

3. User-Uploaded Content and Media

The application allows you to upload documents, images, and files, including bills, invoices, and warranty cards. By uploading content, you represent and warrant that:

You own the content or have the legal right to upload and use it
The content does not infringe any third-party rights
The content does not contain unlawful, harmful, or prohibited material

You must not upload content that:

Belongs to another person without authorization
Contains sensitive personal data of others without consent
Is illegal, fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive
Contains malware, harmful code, or attempts to compromise systems

You retain ownership of your uploaded content. By uploading content, you grant HoldMyBill a limited, non-exclusive right to process the content solely to provide application functionality, including storage, extraction of information, and reminders.

We do not verify the accuracy or legality of uploaded content and are not responsible for errors, omissions, or consequences arising from such content.

4. Content Review and Removal

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to review, restrict, or remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly upload prohibited or unlawful content.

5. AI-Generated Guidance Disclaimer

Any guidance, suggestions, or outputs generated within the application are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional, legal, technical, or repair advice.

You remain solely responsible for decisions made based on such guidance.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Payments are processed by third-party platforms such as Apple App Store and Google Play. Subscription terms, billing, and refunds are governed by the respective platform policies.

We do not store payment credentials.

7. Availability and Modifications

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the application or any part of it at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

8. Termination

You may stop using the application and delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or applicable law.

Termination does not affect rights or obligations accrued prior to termination.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HoldMyBill and Ourbits Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the application, including loss of data, content, or access.

Your use of the application is at your own risk.
